Refund policy

At ShopUnionMart, we strive to deliver the best quality products. As we work with verified suppliers to bring you these items at wholesale prices, our return policy is strictly governed by the following terms.

1. Return Window

You have 5 Days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

  • If 5 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We ONLY accept returns/replacements for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product: The product arrived broken or damaged.

  • Defective Product: The product is not working or has a manufacturing defect.

  • Wrong Product: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: Parts of the product or combo are missing.

Important: We DO NOT accept returns for "Change of Mind" (e.g., "I don't like the color," "I don't like the quality," or "I changed my mind"). Please read the product description carefully before ordering.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Policy)

To process ANY return or replacement claim, an Unboxing Video is Mandatory.

  • What is an Unboxing Video? A continuous video starting from the sealed package (showing the shipping label) to opening it and showing the product condition.

  • Why do we need it? This is required by our courier and warehouse partners to prove the damage happened during transit.

  • No Video = No Return: Without a clear unboxing video, your claim will be automatically rejected.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Contact Us: Email [EMAIL ADDRESS] within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Submit Evidence: Send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.

  3. Approval: Our team will verify the video with the warehouse.

  4. Pickup: Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 business days. Please keep the item packed in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

5. Refund Policy

  • Verification: Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (QC).

  • Timeline: Once the QC is passed, the refund amount will be transferred to your Bank Account or UPI ID within 5-7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, beauty products).

  • Lingerie and innerwear.

  • Products tampered with or used by the customer.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped (usually within 12-24 hours).

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the doorstep, but doing so frequently may lead to your account being flagged.
