5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeline: We aim to dispatch all orders within [24-48 hours]. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds
