Shipping policy

At [Union Mart], we work with multiple warehouses across India to ensure you get the best quality products at the best prices. Here is everything you need to know about how your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or call to confirm your address. Please answer this verification to ensure your order is shipped on time.

2. Split Shipments (Important)

Since we source products from different warehouses across India to ensure the fastest delivery:

  • Multiple Packages: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

  • Don't Worry: If you receive one item first, please wait 24-48 hours for the remaining items to be delivered. You will be provided tracking details for each package.

3. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible.

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.

  • Note: Deliveries to J&K, North East India, and remote areas may take 7-10 days.

5. Courier Partners

We use India’s most trusted logistics services to ensure safe delivery, including:

  • Ecom Express

  • Shadowfax

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email/WhatsApp.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website after receiving the link.

7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If our courier partner cannot deliver your order after 3 attempts (due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or phone switched off), the package will be returned to us (RTO).

  • To avoid this, please ensure your Phone Number and Full Address (with Landmark) are correct when placing the order.
